Chair

Salleigh is a Cobb native who raised her two sons in Cobb County.  She is a business woman specializing in manufacturing and business turnarounds.  As a former Realtor and Paralegal and uses those skills in her business ventures.  Salleigh is active in educational issues and industry boards, and is the Treasurer of a Chapter of a State industry organization. Currently, Salleigh is the GM with day-to-day operating responsibilities of another successful manufacturing-related business in metro Atlanta that provides equipment and services across Georgia and the United States.  She is the past president of the Chemical Coaters Association of Georgia and present Treasurer.

First Vice Chair

Kevin is a long time Cobb GOP member, serving as a HD 43 Chairman, Precinct Chairman and active in many grassroots campaigns.   He has run for elected office for Cobb County School Board and Cobb County Commission.  Kevin serves on the Development Authority of Cobb County, appointed by the Chairman, and appointed as a past member of the Cobb Neighborhood Safety Commission.  He is an upcoming graduate of Leadership Cobb with the Cobb Chamber.    Kevin is also a Stephen Minister with Mount Bethel United Methodist Church, and active in other ways in Cobb.   Kevin has over 30 years of business experience, recently as a Chief Marketing Officer in technology and is a visiting Professor of Business and Economics at DeVry University.  Kevin also started one of the largest and oldest non-profit groups in the country focused on the technology community, the Atlanta Technology Professionals, that has also given back tens of thousands of dollars to disadvantaged youth to support their technology needs and careers in tech.   He and his family have lived in Cobb for over 25 years. 

 Vice Chair of Party and Grassroots Development

Debbie is a 35 year resident of Cobb County Georgia.  She spent 30 of those years in the Electronic Security Industry.  In 2008 Debbie, out of concern for the direction of our Country, decided it was time to get involved in the political arena by becoming a citizen advocate for good governance.  She was a member of Cobb County Civic Coalition Board of directors, for 6 years and became a member of the GOP a few years later.  She currently serves as HOA President of her neighborhood, President for Cobb Republican Assembly and now GOP HD 46 Chair. She spent the past 4 years attempting to hold the Board of Commissioners accountable for spending and in her free time she enjoys golf, antique shopping and refinishing, football, reading and being with friends and family.  She is a member of North Point Church.  

Vice Chair, Communications and Information

Cameron Whiting is a long-time resident of Cobb County, GA. After graduating from Alan C. Pope high school in 2010, he attended Virginia Tech where he attained a Bachelors degree in Physics. After graduating, Cameron moved to the DC area to work for Navy Federal Credit Union where he specialized in data analytics, geo-spatial analytics, and process improvement techniques such as lean six sigma. He currently works for a fortune fifty company as a data scientist and performance analyst in Cobb County. Outside of his career accomplishments, Cameron is a member of his local Toastmasters club and is Chairman of a pro law enforcement organization called Project Thin Blue Line. His organization is committed to developing a groundswell of support for all law enforcement agencies within Cobb County, GA. When Cameron is not working, he likes to spend time with his wife and dog at their home in Smyrna. Cameron’s core values are his faith, family, and his unwavering love for this country. 

 Vice Chair, Membership 

Catherine is the Outreach Chair for Cobb County Republican Women’s Club and former Secretary for Cobb Republican Assembly. She first voted in 1984 for Ronald Reagan and started in politics while in college, becoming Director of Production for a political membership, fundraising and Get-Out-the-Vote firm. She served as a Hospitality & Member Relations board member for the Greater McLean (VA) Republican Women’s Club before moving to Marietta with her family in 2011.  She worked as an HOA Vice President, increasing outside memberships to the swim & tennis facility by 50% and converting a paper-based system to database with tracking, outreach and mailings. She also worked as the assistant to the Director of Metro Academic Studies, implementing website registration and data collection improvements and the production of a family directory. Catherine holds a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and is the mother of three children, the oldest being a West Point graduate and current officer in the U.S. Army. She resides in Marietta with her husband and youngest daughter and attends StoneBridge Church. 

Secretary 

Lily is a new member of the Cobb GOP, Cobb Young Republicans, Cobb County Republican Women's Club, and Cobb Republican Assembly and Vice-Chair for her Precinct alongside her husband, Chris, who is Treasurer for the precinct.  Lily is a Senior Client Manager and leader in the Commercial Insurance department of a locally owned Insurance Agency in Atlanta, GA responsible for a team of employees.  She holds her Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative designations and is pursuing her Certified Risk Management designation.  Although she has a fulfilling career, husband, four- and two-year old daughters she passionately believes that changing our country starts in Cobb County.  She's excited to spread the message of conservative voices in her community and help elect candidates who support voter integrity, second amendment and first amendment rights.  

Treasurer 

Sloane grew up in Athens and earned a BBA in accounting and a MAcc with a concentration in taxation from the University of Georgia.  She’s also a licensed CPA.  After graduate school, she worked at A&M, a consulting firm, in Buckhead from 2014 – 2017.  In 2018, she moved to the Bay Area in California to work in state & local tax consulting, then returned to Atlanta in 2019 and purchased a condo in Vinings.  Since moving back to Georgia, she has been working in the real estate tax group at EY and recently transferred to EY’s national tax practice. When not working, Sloane enjoys going to CrossFit, attending church, reading, and following politics.  She is a conservative and an American patriot who loves this country and believes we need to return to our roots – one nation, under God.  

 Assistant Treasurer 

Married for 32 years to Francisco Armas, Cecilia moved from FL to Georgia three years ago following their two sons in their relocations. Cecilia considers herself an international, multicultural, red-white & blue patriot. Born in NY to an Anglo mother of Irish and German ancestry and a Hispanic father with Chilean and Ecuadorian roots, she is fully bilingual and has lived half of her life in Ecuador and half in the U.S. She holds Bachelor and Master degrees in International Business and a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She has held managerial positions in HR, Finance and Operations, in academic healthcare institutions, logistics and pharmaceutical companies. She has always voted for Republicans and has participated in some political activities, supporting different candidates. She is committed to being more involved than ever, and making a difference in her new state.
